Delivery Philosophy
How we deliver
We structure our delivery around what actually keeps production software reliable: clear written scope upfront, weekly reviewable progress, and honest operational ownership.
Three clear engagement options
Every business operates with different technical capabilities. Some teams want an automated system they never have to manage or troubleshoot; others have in-house engineers who need to maintain code directly. We offer three structured delivery models so expectations are aligned before work begins.
Managed Delivery
By default, FusionTechMark builds, deploys, monitors, and maintains your system on our managed infrastructure. You get a production-ready system that works reliably day in and day out.
- Full working access and administration for your team
- Comprehensive documentation of how to use and operate it
- Continuous hosting, edge deployment, security patches, and monitoring
- Ongoing technical support and maintenance
Source Handover on Request
If your organization requires the source code and independent deployment capability, this is available as a separately agreed option negotiated in writing prior to build kick-off.
- Explicit scope, licensing terms, and handover criteria agreed in writing
- Complete repository transfer with build and deployment instructions
- Architecture walk-through session with your technical leads
- Agreed transitional support period after repository transfer
Embedded Senior Engineer
In selected cases where a client already has an active engineering team, a senior engineer from our studio works directly inside your team for an agreed engagement term.
- Direct pull request contributions into your company repos
- Pair programming, architecture reviews, and sprint participation
- High-leverage focus: core workflows, performance bottlenecks, or AI features
- Seamless knowledge transfer embedded naturally in your workflow
| Engagement Dimension | Model 01 · Managed Delivery Default Standard | Model 02 · Source Handover On Request | Model 03 · Embedded Senior Engineer Selected Cases |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hosting & Infrastructure | Managed by FusionTechMark (edge, cloud, DBs) | Client's own AWS / GCP / Cloudflare infrastructure | Client's existing cloud & CI/CD pipeline |
| Source Code Access | Full admin access & operational dashboards; code retained | Complete Git repository transferred upon handover | Direct commits & PRs to client-owned repositories |
| Monitoring & Maintenance | Continuous health checks, patches, and security monitoring | Transitional handover support (typically 30 days) | Co-managed alongside client's engineering team |
| Team Requirements | Zero in-house technical team required | Requires internal engineers to manage deployed stack | Requires active engineering team & sprint rhythm |
| Ideal Fit | Growing businesses wanting reliable software without dev overhead | Teams with in-house developers needing custom IP ownership | Funded startups & engineering teams needing senior velocity |
What we promise — and what we don't
Whether source code or deployment is provided depends on the project and what you need. It is not included in every engagement. We do not make blanket marketing promises that oversimplify real software operations.
Instead, we promise what we can strictly uphold: a clear technical scope agreed in writing before any development starts, a reviewable working build every single week, responses within one business day, and honest technical guidance on what your business actually needs.
Exit options & transitions
We believe good client relationships are built on trust and delivered value, not artificial hurdles. If your business evolves or you choose to transition services in the future, we provide clear exit pathways defined in our engagement terms.
All business records and operational data belong to you. We structure systems with industry-standard formats and documented interfaces, making transitions orderly and transparent.
